  1. Senator Emmanuel Bwacha

Bwacha, 58 began his political career in 1999 as theTaraba State Commissioner for Agriculture, a position he held until May 2003.

He was elected to represent Donga/Ussa/Taking Federal Constituency during the 2003 General Elections, Bwacha served until 2007 and contested for Taraba South Senatorial seat but lost.

However, he took another shot at the Senatorial Seat in April 2011 and won. He was re-elected during the 2015 Elections and thereafter became the Deputy Minority Leader of the Senate, a position he held until 2019.

Bwacha was again re-elected during the February 2019 National Assembly Poll, he currently serves as Vice-chairman of the Senate Committee on Works.

  1. Senator Aisha Jummai Alhassan

Alhassan, 61 was the 2019 United Democratic Party (UDP) Governorship Candidate in Taraba State. The trained Lawyer began her Political Career as the Taraba State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice.

She also represented Taraba North Senatorial District in the Senate from 2011 to 2015. Alhassan contested for the 2015 Gubernatorial Election under the APC Candidate but lost to Darius Ishaku of the PDP.

She later served as Minister of Women Affairs from November 2015 to September 2018. Alhassan rejoined the PDP in September 2019.

  1. Abubakar Sani Danlami

Danlami, 53 hails from Bachama, Karim Lamido Local Government Area of Taraba State. He began his political career in 2003 as a Supervisory Councillor for Health in Karim Lamido Local Council, a position he held until 2004.

In 2006, he became the Local Government Chairman of Karim Lamido. In 2011, Danlami became the Deputy Governor of Taraba State under the Administration of Late Danbaba Suntai.

However, he was impeached by the Taraba State House of Assembly on the 4th of September, 2012 over an allegation of Gross Misconduct and was subsequently replaced by Alhaji Garba Umar.

In 2015, Danlami was elected to represent Taraba North Senatorial District in the Senate, he was sacked by the Supreme Court on the 23rd of June, 2017. He was the 2019 APC Governorship Candidate.
