Tayo Faniran In Nigeria After Assault By South Africa Police
Following his recent unpleasant experience in the hands of South Africa police officers, former Big Brother Africa housemate, Tayo Faniran, is in Nigeria and on Wednesday met the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa.
Mrs. Dabiri-Erewa, who had been on the case through an intervention as well as providing an update, made this known via Twitter yesterday.
“@Tayofaniran of BBA was in my office today on his return to Nigeria after his horrifying incident with the @DIRCO_ZA, SA Police to share his experience. Also received the NANs Exco, who said ‘Enough is enough’. Killings of Nigs in SA must stop,” she tweeted.

A model and reality TV star, Tayo Faniran was recently assaulted, capturing the incident live on camera and later explained in another video how he was tortured by the police for refusing to enter an unmarked police vehicle.
Dabiri-Erewa, a former TV anchor with NTA and former member of the House of Representatives, said a petition by Nigeria to the South Africa Police on account of the incident, is being acted upon.
