Tchidi Chikere Unveils The Hidden Truth Behind The Shattered Matrimonial Bond With Sophia Williams

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Nollywood filmmaker Tchidi Chikere has opened up about the reason why his first marriage to actress Sophia Williams ended in divorce. He disclosed that they were both young when they got married, with Sophia being 18 and he in his mid-twenties.

However, he expressed that they are now older and wiser, and he thanked her for wishing him luck in his new marriage.

Tchidi Chikere’s first and second marriages, to Sophia Williams and Nuella Njubigbo, respectively, both ended in divorce. He has three sons with Sophia and a daughter with Nuella.

The filmmaker recently got married for the third time and took to social media on April 17 to announce the news. Following the announcement, his first ex-wife Sophia Williams reacted by congratulating him in the comments section of a post, adding a clapping emoji.

Tchidi Chikere also shared a private message he received from Sophia expressing her happiness for him as he enters into his third marriage. In the message, she advised him to take good care of his new wife and wished him all the best.

The couple, who are both popular in the Nigerian movie industry, were married in 2012 but got divorced in 2014, citing irreconcilable differences. Since then, they have both moved on with their lives, with Sophia still active in the movie industry and Chikere continuing his work as a filmmaker.
