Teacher Faces Court For Alleged N760,000 Fraud
Eko Hot Blog reports that the defendant, whose address remains undisclosed, is currently facing a two-count charge related to felony and advance fee fraud.
According to Police Prosecutor Insp Ayodeji Omoyeigha, the defendant, along with an accomplice who is currently at large, committed a felony on April 17 at approximately 10:00 am at No. 96, Ikoya Road, Okitipupa, in the Okitipupa magisterial district.
Omoyeigha explained that the defendant obtained N760,000 from one Oluwasegun Ehinmosan under the false pretence of assisting in purchasing certain goods but failed to do so.
These actions are in violation of Sections 516 and 419 of the Criminal Code, Cap. 37, Vol. I, Laws of Ondo State, 2006.
