A Fire has broken out near Lagos collapsed building.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that a fire outbreak has been reported at Liberty Apartments close to the scene of the collapsed seven-storey building in the Oniru area of Lagos.
Our correspondents observed as smoke billowed from the apartment on Ihuntayi street, off Palace Road.
