Apprehension, panic, fear, have continued to trail the abduction of retired Chief Lecturer at the Michael Otedola College of Primary Education (MOCPED), Dr TL Ibrahim, as his kidnappers have yet to reach out to his family more than 48 hours after his abduction.
A source close to the family revealed to Eko Hot Blog that the wife, children, friends and well-wishers, and the entire College community are distraught about the dreadful development.
Since the news broke into public space on Monday, 7th June, 2021, legions of his former students and prodigies whom the victim, Dr TL Ibrahim, had impacted during the course of his long and illustrious career as an academician, have taken to several social media platforms, specifically Facebook, to express their displeasure over the worsening security situation across the country.
The prodigies, who described him as a man of exemplary character said he is undeserving of such inhumane treatment from the criminals.
