Transport Services Limited (TSL) is a foremost indigenous logistics transportation company that provides customized transportation and logistics solutions. We currently operate out of five locations spread across the Western and Eastern regions of Nigeria providing logistics services to stakeholders in the oil and gas, mining and construction, FMCG and Agricultural sector.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Terminal / Station Assistant

Location: Lagos

Descriptions

  • Assist the Terminal Officers in overseeing the facilities at bus stations and ensuing proper maintenance.
  • Ensure proper queue management at the bus stops / terminals.
  • Assist Bus Captains in ensuring proper loading procedures are adhered to.
  • Supervise the validation and invalidation of passenger tickets / ticketing system.
  • Ensure an accurate head count of bus passengers and tickets issued.
  • Ensure that bus station procedures and emergency plans are adhered to at all times
  • Work with the Terminal Officers to ensure all relevant passenger information materials are up-to-date, available in good quality / quantity and posted within the bus station
  • Respond to passenger complaints and enquiries.

Job Requirements

  • OND Holders Only
  • Distinction and Upper credit only.
  • Not older than 32 years
  • Must be resident in Lagos State
