Terrorists’ Intrusion Shakes Atiku’s Residence In Adamawa
EKO HOT BLOG reports that a suspected Boko Haram terrorist, on Sunday night, invaded the residence of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, in Yola, the Adamawa State capital.
In a series of tweets via his verified Twitter page on Monday morning, a former presidential aide, Reno Omokri claimed that the invasion was a threat to Atiku’s life at his house.

Omokri said the incident happened around 9 pm on Sunday, July 23, 2023, and identified the invader as Jubrilla Mohammed and a member of the dreaded Boko Haram terrorist group.
According to Omokri, the suspect revealed his plan to bomb Atiku’s residence, along with faculties at the American University of Nigeria, Yola and a popular mosque.
He, therefore called on the Adamawa State Police Command to conduct a full and proper investigation and also asked the Federal Government to heighten security around Atiku.
He said, “Yesterday, Sunday, July 23, 2023, at about 9 PM, a man acting suspiciously was detected at Waziri Atiku’s residence in Yola. Due to his erratic behaviour, he was accosted and restrained. The suspect, Jubrila Mohammed, was immediately taken to the police station and interrogated.
“During his interrogation, he confessed to being a member of the dreaded Boko Haram sect. He revealed a plot to bomb Waziri Atiku’s residence, along with faculties at the American University of Nigeria, Yola, as well as the Modibbo Adama Central Mosque.
“The suspect is now with the State CID of the Adamawa Police Command.
