Job Summary:
The Junior Business Analyst will serve as a crucial link between IT and business objectives, ensuring the successful execution of analytical, testing, and deployment tasks for software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define configuration, business analysis requirements, and reporting needs.
- Identify and report common technical issues while recommending improvements.
- Communicate key insights and findings to the product team.
- Continuously monitor and improve processes to enhance customer value.
- Assess the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions.
- Ensure the development team fully understands the problem and solution.
- Perform quality assurance and manage changes to business requirements.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in requirement elicitation, data analysis, and testing.
- Proficiency in SQL query writing and data visualization tools.
- Strong documentation skills and experience with software development.
- Hands-on experience as a system analyst.
- Must be available to work onsite full-time.
