EDITOR’S PICK

Despite the fact that poverty affects all countries on the planet, some countries are more affected than others. Poverty rates are calculated by determining how many people in a given population have incomes that fall below the poverty line.

In this article on EKO HOT BLOG, we would be looking at the only country in the world, that has 0% poverty rate

As of 2022, over 6.4 million people in Nigeria rural areas are living in extreme poverty. Approximately 5.1 million people in rural areas live on less than $1.90 per day, while some others in urban areas are classified as extremely poor.

Although Europe is widely regarded as the wealthiest and most prosperous continent, large swaths of the continent remain underdeveloped, particularly in the east. Even if Africa lacked the financial resources to overtake Asia, the wealth it could generate from its untapped natural resources would be difficult to match.

According to official statistics, there is no poverty in Monaco. According to the CIA World Factbook, there are no impoverished people in Monaco, with a poverty rate of zero percent. Monaco has no impoverished people or a low poverty rate because it does not have poverty. Those people are not poor.

This small city-state on the French Riviera does not keep track of its residents’ socioeconomic status. This is due, in part, to the absence of a personal income tax in the principality, according to the Monaco Statistics Office. Because of Monaco’s wealth, there is little evidence of poverty in the country.
