EKO HOT BLOG reports that former Crystal Palace chairman, Simon Jordan, has claimed that Jurgen Klopp could be sacked as Liverpool manager in the 2023-24 season.

Simon Jordan made this prediction on talkSPORT radio show while discussing Liverpool’s recent poor form in the Premier League and their chances of qualifying for the Champions League this season.

EDITOR’S PICKS:

Liverpool has been struggling in the Premier League this season, currently sitting in seventh place with 49 points, trailing fourth-placed Chelsea by seven points. They have also been knocked out of all three cup competitions this season, including the FA Cup, Carabao Cup, and the Champions League.

Jordan believes that if Klopp starts the next season in a similar position as the current campaign, he will be sacked by the club’s management. The German manager has been at Liverpool for over six years and has won numerous trophies with the Reds, including the Premier League and the Champions League.

However, the former Palace chairman believes that every good thing comes to an end, and it’s just a matter of time before Klopp leaves Liverpool. Jordan added that Klopp has been fantastic for the club and will be remembered as one of the club’s greatest managers, but it’s time for Liverpool to move on if he fails to deliver results.
