EKO HOT BLOG reports that Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen has stated his interest in playing in the English Premier League (EPL) in the future.
Victor Osimhen, who currently plays for Italian Serie A club Napoli, has been in stellar form this season, scoring 21 goals in 25 appearances across all competitions.

According to reports, Premier League giants Chelsea and Manchester United have shown interest in the Nigerian international and are expected to make a move for him in the summer transfer window.
Speaking to Corriere della Sera, Osimhen admitted that playing in the Premier League is an ambition of his, but his focus remains on Napoli at the moment.
“I think it is an ambition of all players. And who knows, maybe one day,” Osimhen said. “Right now, I can assure you that it hasn’t even crossed my mind. It would distract me from what has been a beautiful season. Only Napoli. That’s all.”
Osimhen’s impressive performances have attracted interest from several clubs across Europe, but Napoli is expected to demand a high transfer fee for the Nigerian, who is contracted to the Italian club until 2025.
The 22-year-old forward made a big-money move from French Ligue 1 side Lille to Napoli in the summer of 2020, and he has quickly established himself as one of the club’s key players.

Osimhen began his professional career at the Nigerian club, Ultimate Strikers Academy, before moving to Germany to play for Wolfsburg. He later joined Charleroi in Belgium before moving to Lille, where he made a name for himself with his impressive performances in the French top flight.
