EKO HOT BLOG reports on Theo Traw, recently evicted Big Brother Titans housemate, opening up about feeling excluded during his stay on the reality show. In a candid interview with Ebuka Obi Uchendu, Traw confessed to feeling like the “odd housemate.”
The South African singer attributes his unique personality as the reason for feeling left out, saying:
“I felt like they always excluded me in certain things, like I was always the ‘third wheel’ in the house. I had plenty of experiences where I tried to strike up a conversation, but as soon as their favorite person came along, the conversation would just fizzle out.”
Despite feeling excluded, Traw took the time to get to know his fellow housemates, but unfortunately, he felt like no one was willing to listen.
He adds, “I always take my time to get to know people. My personality is a bit different, and I didn’t have too many one on ones. I wanted that for myself, but it just didn’t happen.”
When asked about being paired with fellow evictee, Sandra, Traw says:
“I didn’t have any issues with her. In fact, I was cool with it. But I must admit, I was amazed by her reaction after we got evicted. She was not too happy, and I didn’t know how to handle it.”
Sandra, on the other hand, had earlier described Theo as the “most nonchalant person ever.” She adds, “He’s alright, but probably not for me.”
Well, it looks like the housemates at Big Brother Titans will have to work on their inclusivity skills, or else, they might end up with more “odd housemates” feeling left out.
