World Health Organization (WHO) has illustrated 7 characteristics that could damage the brain of whoever has them as habits.
The second point among others reminds me of one of my lecturers, Mrs. Josephine Okocha, as she said during one of her lectures that she hates sleeping late and that has made her study in the daytime.
Well, let take the characteristics one after the other as they were stipulated by the World Health Organization.

High sugar consumption
More sleeping especially in the morning
Eating a meal while watching TV or computer
