Eko hot blog reports that President Bola Tinubu has officially sworn in Olayinka Oladunjoye as a federal commissioner of the National Population Commission (NPC). The ceremony, held at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, preceded the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting yesterday.

Olayinka Oladunjoye, a seasoned administrator and former commissioner of commerce and cooperatives, assumes the role, succeeding Bimbo Salaudeen who recently received another appointment from the Lagos State government.
President Tinubu chaired this week’s FEC meeting, attended by notable figures including the chief of staff to the president, Hon Femi Gbajabiamila, national security adviser Nuhu Ribadu, and the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), George Akume. Dr Folashade Yemi-Esan, the head of the civil service of the federation, was also present.
