Tinubu, Atiku, Others Sympathize with Davido over the Death of His Son

So many prominent Nigerians have sent messages to Davido over the death of his son, Ifeanyi.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Tinubu, Atiku, Peter Obi and so many other prominent Nigerians have reacted to the death of Davido’s son, Ifeanyi Adeleke.

Tinubu and his wife in a message to the singer prayed for strength and fortitude to bare the painful tragedy.

The APC presidential candidate wrote:

“Oluremi and I send our heartfelt and deepest condolences to David, Chioma, and the entire Adeleke family over the tragic loss of their son, Ifeanyi. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. May the Lord grant them the fortitude and strength to deal with this painful tragedy.”

Also, Atiku, the Presidential Candidate of the PDP, in a similar manner extended his sympathy for the grieving couple.

He wrote: “My thoughts and prayers are with Davido and Chioma and the Adeleke family at this time. I pray for God to strengthen and comfort them”.

Peter Obi wrote:

“I send my sincere condolences to Davido and Chioma over the death of their son Ifeanyi. I cannot begin to imagine the pains they are going through at the moment.”

Other Nigerians didn’t fail to show sympathy, love and support to the multiple-award winning singer and his partner.

Others came out with prayers to support Chioma and Davido as they grieve.

@Muyiwa Ademola reacted to the awful news in an Instagram post by saying that children should be watched by adults when swimming.

“The boy was inside the water for too long and they pulled him out and rushed him to the hospital. By the time they rushed him to Lagoon Hospital, it was already too late. We can’t just act as if nothing happened because we love them and we are all parents. May we never bury our children.”

It was earlier reported that Ifeanyi, Davido and Chioma’s son died yesterday night after he drowned in the family’s swimming pool at the singer’s banana island residence in Lagos State, while his parents were on a trip to Ibadan for a family function.

The Lagos Police Command, who confirmed Ifeanyi’s death this morning had noted that all members of Davido’s domestic staff are in their custody.
