Tinubu celebrates Oba

Oba Rilwan Akiolu of Lagos is not only a revered traditional ruler but also a man of remarkable accomplishments. Rising to the pinnacle of his professional career, he retired as an Assistant Inspector-General of Police and is a fellow of the Nigerian Law School.
