EKO HOT BLOG reports that President Bola Tinubu has celebrated former Minister of Defense, General Theophilus Danjuma (Rtd), on his 86th birthday anniversary.
In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu lauded Danjuma, who once served as Chief of Army Staff, for his many philanthropic ventures.
He said: “President Bola Tinubu sends his felicitations to General TY Danjuma (Rtd), a Nigerian of the noblest pedigree, on his 86th birthday.
“President Tinubu celebrates the elder statesman, who has remained an unassuming but defining feature of Nigeria’s political landscape.
“The President extols General Danjuma for his many philanthropic ventures, recalling his commitment and dedication to supporting victims of terrorism through his reputable foundation and other vital initiatives.
“As the elder statesman turns 86, President Tinubu wishes him longevity, happiness, and strength in the service of our dear nation.”
