The Minister of State for Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande, has dismissed claims that President Bola Tinubu will loot Nigeria’s treasury.
Speaking during the Joint Union Negotiating Council’s event at the Federal Ministry of Youth Development in Abuja, Olawande emphasized that Tinubu is a man of considerable wealth who has no interest in misappropriating the country’s resources.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that he urged Nigerians to be patient with the administration, assuring them that the government’s policies will soon bring about positive changes in their lives.
Olawande said, “I urge you to be patient with this administration. In no distant time, the country will take good shape, and the lives of the citizens will be transformed.”
Tinubu Loot Nigeria’s Treasury
Highlighting Tinubu’s financial independence, he added, “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is not a pauper; he is an acknowledged epitome of wealth, and it cannot be said that he desires to loot Nigeria’s treasury.
“He has seen money, and as a result, he is not interested in looting the nation’s resources.”
Olawande also expressed gratitude to the ministry staff for supporting government policies and reassured them that their welfare would remain a priority.
