As promised, Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, walked the talk on Friday, joining a protest held at a court in Abuja to demand life imprisonment for an alleged child rapist.
The controversial Nollywood actress posted a series of pictures and videos from the protest on Instagram, showing not just standing firm in front of the court but also bearing placard calling for life imprisonment for the alleged child rapist based on available evidence.
The “Damage” actress had made a promise to protest the impending release of the alleged child rapist, Idris Ebiloma, accused of the crime on Tuesday.
According to Tuesday’s social media post, widely shared on social media by several colleagues of hers who stayed away from her unending drama with her former husband, Mr. Ebiloma was scheduled to be released yesterday.
She is yet to provide an update on the matter.
