EKO HOT BLOG reports that Grammy award-winning Nigerian singer, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, thrilled guests at the 60th birthday party of Nigerian economist and philanthropist Tony Elumelu, Chairman of Heirs Holdings. The event took place on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.
Elumelu shared a video clip from the party on his Instagram story the following day. The birthday celebration was attended by prominent individuals from various sectors.
Two weeks before the birthday party, Elumelu had a meeting with former Governor of Lagos State and Nigeria President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The meeting was about youth empowerment, following Tinubu’s emergence as President Muhammadu Buhari’s successor.
Elumelu shared photos of himself and Tinubu on his Instagram page, expressing his pleasure in receiving the President-elect at his residence. According to Elumelu, they discussed ways in which the incoming administration can support and empower the Nigerian youth. He expressed optimism about unleashing the immense potential of the Nigerian youth.
