Toriola Claps Back at Critics Accusing Her of Infidelity

• Nollywood actress has come out to hit at her critics and the rumor mill speculating on her having an adulterous affair with Toyin Abraham’s husband.

• The allegations were first made on Instagram when a user alleged Wunmi was having an affair with Kolawole Ajeyemi, Toyin’s husband.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that popular Nollywood actress, Wunmi Toriola, has denied allegations of sleeping with the husband of fellow actress Toyin Abraham.

The allegations were made on an Instagram blog where a collage of Toyin and Wunmi’s picture was shared and someone alleged that Wunmi had an affair with Kolawole Ajeyemi, Toyin Abraham’s husband.

In a statement shared on her Instagram page, Wunmi described the allegations as diabolical, evil, and an attempt to tarnish her name. She emphasized that she did not sleep with Kolawole Ajeyemi or have any intimate relationship with Toyin’s former husband.

Expressing her displeasure at the comment, Wunmi said that she would not respond to fans aimed at tarnishing her image, adding that she is more concerned about her future movie productions.

“I do not know why this person’s fans are fixated on continuous tarnishing of my image and bent on causing continuous rancor, but I do know that this is the last time I will be responding to anything regarding this person. I have moved on. I am focusing only on the future and just want to make movies. I will be putting my energy on henceforth, not responding to people whose only goal is to see my downfall,” Wunmi said.

She added that she would not fail or fall as long as God is on the throne and that she would continue to owe her sustenance to God alone.

Wunmi Toriola is a popular Nollywood actress known for her roles in movies such as “Obinrin,” “Binta Ofege,” and “Ebudola.” She has won several awards for her outstanding performances in the Nigerian movie industry.
