Addressing newsmen at the Federal Investigation Department of the Nigeria Police Force in Alagbon, Ikoyi, where suspects related to the illicit distribution were paraded, the actress lamented the impact of having a movie costing close to N500 million leaked to the public.

  • “If you look at me, you will know that I am actually not okay. I had to come from the hospital. I have been having panic attacks. It is not easy shooting a movie close to N500m, and you just see it out there,” she shared with the press.

Abraham recounted her disbelief upon discovering the movie’s presence on Telegram and the subsequent threat of uploading it. The distressing situation led her and her team to take immediate action, contacting tech experts, Google, and Telegram to break the illegal links.

  • It is not about the money now. It is about fighting a particular cause for the entertainment and creative industry, which I am happy about,” Abraham concluded.
