The familly of Nwankwo Obidi in Anambra has been thrown into mourning following the death of Nneka Celestina, whom they described as a ‘daughter, wife and mother’.
According to reports, Nneka worked as a senior civil servant with the Anambra State Government and had left her office one fateful Friday only to meet her untimely death.
She was bitten by a snake in her husband’s well interlocked compound at Ogidi and died of the venomous poison.

Reacting and posting the obituary on Facebook, an old friend and classmate of hers, Mbonu Kelechi said Nneka was one of the most peaceful and easy going individual among her colleagues back then.
“Rest in Peace Nneka. In our class then at Nsukka, you were one of the most peaceful class member.
“A known straightforward person… RIP! Rest In Peace Super Lioness! Rest in Peace Ada Ogidi”, Mbonu Kelechi wrote.
The Anambra State Government is yet to release an official statement on the death of the worker.
