Transfer: Atalanta Confirm PSG’s Interest In Lookman

Atalanta appear resigned to losing their star forward, Ademola Lookman, as interest from top clubs intensifies, with head coach Gian Gasperini acknowledging Paris Saint-Germain’s pursuit and the likelihood of a move.

In an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport, Gasperini confirmed PSG’s summer approach for Lookman, noting that personal terms were agreed upon, though the clubs couldn’t finalize the deal.

As a result, the Serie A side has begun scouting for a successor to the Ballon d’Or nominee, who is also attracting attention from English clubs Chelsea and West Ham United.

According to Tutto Atalanta, the club aims to secure approximately €60 million from Lookman’s sale, with potential reinvestment options including Mario Retegui, Nico Gonzalez, Federico Chiesa, Denis Dragus, and Angel Gomes from Lille.
