Transfer: Atalanta Set To Offer Lookman New Contract
Atalanta are eager to secure Ademola Lookman’s future at the club by offering the winger a significantly improved contract.
The Nigeria international attracted interest this summer from Paris Saint-Germain, the reigning Ligue 1 champions, while Premier League giants Arsenal were also said to be monitoring his situation.

Lookman, 27, has been one of the standout performers for Gian Piero Gasperini’s side this season, and his exceptional form earned him a 14th-place finish in the 2024 Ballon d’Or rankings.
The former Leicester City player is also a strong contender for the prestigious African Player of the Year award.

Reports suggest that Atalanta are prepared to double Lookman’s salary to €3.5 million in an effort to retain him at the club.
Since joining Atalanta from Bundesliga side RB Leipzig in 2022, Lookman has two years remaining on his current contract.
