The Justices who are Justice Haruna Tsammani, the Chairman of the tribunal; Justices Stephen Adah, Monsurat Bolaji-Yusuf, Moses Ugo, and Abba Mohammed arrived at the court at about 9:27am.
Justice Haruna Tsammani will be delivering the judgement today, Wednesday, on three petitions that are seeking to remove President Bola Tinubu from office.
The petitions lodged in order of their complainants before the court were marked: CA/PEPC/03/2023, CA/PEPC/05/2023 and CA/PEPC/04/2023, the candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Mr. Peter Obi; former Vice President and candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, (PDP) Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, as well as the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), respectively.

This was following the announcement of the Chairman, Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC), Mahmood Yakubu on March 1, that Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) won the presidential election that was held on February 25, ahead of 17 other candidates that participated in the contest.
