The youths suspected to be supporters of the APC allegedly descended on the chieftain of the party at the Emir’s Palace in Lafia.

The IPAC Chairman encouraged youths to remain neutral and should not allow themselves to be used as agents in the hands of politicians.

Ogah, while describing the molestation of the APC chieftain as a barbaric, unwholesome act, insisted that Nigerians must rise against attack on innocent citizens.

He urged the ruling APC and other political parties to condemn any form of thuggery and violence that might impede the peaceful conduct of the upcoming general elections.

He said, “The yearnings and aspirations of Nigerians to have a credible, peaceful conduct of elections in 2023 must not be allowed in the hands of the politicians causing troubles in the country.
