An eyewitness spotted a man with a rifle on a rooftop before shots were fired at Trump’s rally in Pennsylvania; the shooter was neutralized by law enforcement.
Eko Hot Blog reports that an eyewitness at Donald Trump’s rally in Pennsylvania has revealed that he spotted a man with a rifle on a nearby building’s rooftop just as the former president began his speech. The witness, identified only as Greg, alerted the police about the potential threat shortly after Trump started speaking.
In an interview with the BBC, Greg explained that he noticed the armed individual crawling atop a building adjacent to the rally venue. He promptly informed the police but felt that the authorities were sluggish in reacting to the imminent threat.
This online media platform had earlier reported that a yet-to-be-identified individual fired shots at former United States President Donald Trump. However, according to multiple law enforcement sources, the shooter involved in the incident at Trump’s rally in Pennsylvania has been “neutralized.”
Speaking on the incident Greg said, “We noticed the guy bear-crawling up the roof of the building beside us, 50ft away from us.

“He had a rifle, and we could see a rifle.
“We’re pointing at him, the police are down there running around on the ground, we’re like: ‘Hey man, there’s a guy on the roof with a rifle’… and the police did not know what was going on.
“I’m thinking to myself: ‘Why is Trump still speaking, why have they not pulled him off the stage’… the next thing you know, five shots ring out.”
