Twitter on Sunday took an enforcement action against Nigeria’s Minister of State for Labour and Employment Mr Festus Keyamo who earlier leaked private messages he had with singer Eedris Abdulkareem.
The social media giant deleted parts of a series of tweets that Keyamo had posted including those which showed screenshots of chats between the minister and the singer, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
He had accused Eedris Abdulkareem of attempting to swindle him out of money in the name of loans for his song and aid for his ailing mother.

The minister had also accused the singer of attacking President Muhammadu Buhari after he couldn’t get a reward from his government.
Meanwhile, Eedris Abdulkareem has responded, saying that Keyamo “is in pains because his [the minister] next ambition is to be governor of Delta State”.
“Perhaps to localise grand looting, terrorism, murdering and raping of our citizens, kidnapping, which his cabal have romanticised and packaged as banditry, and sundry other mis-governance,” he added.
