Two 15-year-old girls were drugged and raped by 10 men in Calamvale District Park, south of Brisbane, Australia after meeting one of the men on Snapchat, a court heard.
According to court records, the girls asked them to stop during the attack, but they refused.
The court heard a 19-year-old man tell a victim to “suck my d**k” during the alleged sexual assault.
The 19-year-old faces 40 charges, including 16 counts of rape.
He attempted bail in the Brisbane Magistrates’ Court on Monday, February 1st, but was denied.
Police said the girls contacted one of the men on Snapchat before meeting them on December 28.
According to court records, the girls were infused with alcohol and drugs before the men raped them and threatened them with a broken bottle, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
An eye witness, Sheriff Min Hu told the court, “They were aware of their age”.
“They seduced and raped them with alcohol and drugs.”
He said each alleged rape took “10 to 15 minutes” and the 19-year-old said to one of the girls, “I’m sorry if we hurt you.”
Defense attorney Bianca Van Heerden said her 19-year-old client was in the park that night but denied the allegations.
She said the allegations were “an absolute shock” that he “intends to vigorously challenge,”
Ms. Van Heerden said her client had cannabis for his “personal use” and provided him with alcohol that he and the girls “shared” but did not know that the teenagers were minors and “was led to believe that the girls were older than “they were.”
The court heard there were allegations that the alleged sexual assault was filmed, but there is no video evidence at the time of going to press.
Queensland Police Commissioner Katarina Carroll said, “This is an absolutely disgusting incident that these girls will have to live with for the rest of their lives.”
