• The Uber driver has now been apprehended by the police.

An uber driver has accidentally knocked down an okada rider to death while trying to help a passenger escape from the police.

Reports reaching us at Ekohotblog on Thursday, September 3, 2020 confirms that the uber driver had carried a passenger who had weed with him.

When they got to a police check point, the passenger asked the uber driver to speed off so as to avoid being intercepted by the police.

While attempting to escape, he knocked down an okada man in the process.

The driver who was handcuffed in a video making rounds on the Internet can be seen crying bitterly and lamenting.

“Make them kill me na. Oga, why you die for my neck na”, the uber driver laments.
