UCL: Dortmund Defeat Slavia Prague To Reach Champions League Last 16
England forward Jadon Sancho scored one goal and made another to help Borussia Dortmund beat Slavia Prague and move into the Champions League last 16.
Sancho finished from close range after Marco Reus’ pass on 10 minutes.
But Slavia equalised just before half-time through Tomas Soucek, after good work from team-mate Milan Skoda.
Sancho, 19, then created a goal for Julian Brandt, who scored from a tight angle and Dortmund held on despite Julian Weigl’s red card.

Weigl received his second caution with 13 minutes remaining, but Dortmund’s qualification was confirmed with Inter Milan, who had started the day above the German side, losing 2-1 at home to Barcelona.
