UCL: Nunez Scores As Liverpool Beat Leipzig To Extend Fine Start
Nunez, making his fourth start under Slot, netted in the 27th minute with a close-range finish, helping the Reds claim their 11th win in 12 matches across all competitions under their Dutch boss.

The Uruguayan forward was a constant threat, coming close to a second goal before the break when his header was tipped over the bar by former Liverpool keeper Peter Gulacsi. Virgil van Dijk also saw a headed effort denied by Gulacsi after being left unmarked at a corner.
