UFC 261: All The Results As Kamaru Usman Knocks Out Masvidal With A Perfect Right

Kamaru Usman, the UFC champion, has declared himself the world’s best fighter following his brutal victory over Jorge Masvidal.

(1) On Sunday at UFC 261 in Florida, the fighter knocked out Jorge Masvidal in the second round to retain the undisputed UFC welterweight title.

The bout was a rematch of their UFC 251 encounter, which Masvidal entered on six days’ notice but lost to Usman on the scorecards after five rounds.

Kamaru got a standing ovation from the returning 15,000 live audiences for a great job done on the Wild Night at UFC 261 from the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida.

(2) In the other title fights of the night, Rose Namajunas defeated Zhang to become champion again for the second time in her career.

Zhang Welli got dazed and lost her feet when Rose landed a devastating head kick to demystify Zhang and knocked her out on the night.

Rose was emotional, broke into tears as she was crowned the strawweight champion.

The 28-year-old Namajunas is now a two-time holder of the UFC strawweight title.

(3) Valentine Shevchenko defended her title for the fifth time and took her winning streak to seven on the bounce when she defeated Jessica Andrade to retain her flyweight title.

Patrick Sabatini defeated Tristan Connelly via unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28)

Danaa Batgerel defeated Kevin Natividad via TKO (strikes) at 50 of Round 1

Rodrigo Vargas defeated Rong Zhu via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)

Jeff Molina defeated Qing Aori via unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 30-27)

Ariane Carnelossi defeated Na Liang via TKO (strikes) at 1:28 of Round 1
