The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has announced date for resumption of academic activities.
Ekohotblog gathered that in revised academic calendar released on Wednesday, the tertiary institution disclosed that online classes would resume on January 25, 2021.
It also announced that the first semester of the 2019/2020 academic session will run until April 1, 2021.
The school has been on under lock and key for almost a year due to the strike embarked upon by ASUU which is occasioned by the imbroglio between the federal Government and the union.

The development has prompted the federal government to shut down all schools in order to prevent the spread of the disease.
The government had initially directed schools to resume on January 18 but the presidential task for on COVID-19 last week said the date might not be feasible, adding that the date was a tentative one and subject to review in light of the alarming increase in COVID-19 cases.
