Chelsea football star Callum Hudson-Odoi has said that he is fully recovered from coronavirus symptoms after testing positive for the deadly virus.
Hudson-Odoi in a video uploaded on his social media page on Friday, said he has totally recovered from the virus after self-isolating.
In the video, Hudson Odoi said; “Hi guys, as you may be aware I had the virus for the last couple of days, which I’ve recovered from.”
“I’m following the health guidelines and self-isolating for the week. I hope to see everybody soon and hopefully be back on the pitch very soon. Take care.”
Hudson-Odoi, 19, was sent home from their Cobham training ground on Monday after showing symptoms of the virus.
The club had on Thursday issued a statement on Hudson-Odoi’s health condition on their website.
“Chelsea men’s team player Callum Hudson-Odoi had a positive test result for Coronavirus returned this evening.
“Despite testing positive for the virus, Callum is doing well and looking forward to returning to the training ground as soon as it is possible.
“We wish Callum a speedy recovery and look forward to welcoming him back to the club soon,” the club wrote.
