Update: Man Who Battered His Wife And Posted Her Bloodied Pictures On Facebook Has Been Arrested
The police in Lagos state have arrested a man who battered his wife and went on Facebook to brag by sharing photos of her bleeding face
Recall this online news platform reported that a Facebook User Mayegun Afobaje battered his wife and shared pictures of her bloodied injured face on his Facebook account to brag that he was waiting for her police

An update shared this morning, May 14, by the Lagos State Domestic & Sexual Violence Response Team DSVRT, stated that Afobaje has been arrested. Preliminary investigation showed that this isn’t the first time Afobaje would carry out such a dastardly act.
The agency says Afobaje will be arraigned in court this Friday May 15.

A partner NGO, @HerfessionsApp was on ground to assist with the investigation. The case is set to be charged to court on Friday, 15th May,2020.
