Gov. Tim Walz: Trump “Probably Will” Concede if He Loses
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz expressed confidence that former President Donald Trump would “probably” concede the 2024 election if he loses to Vice President Kamala Harris, citing historical precedent. Walz also reiterated his belief in the security of U.S. election systems, emphasizing that the process is fair and transparent.
Walz, who was campaigning with his wife in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday, made his comments to reporters before departing for Washington, D.C. When asked whether he believes Trump would concede, Walz responded, “If history is any indicator, I think he probably will.”

FBI Warns of Bomb Threats from Russian at Voting Areas
The US Federal Bureau of Investigation, FBI, has warned of bomb threats at polling stations in multiple US states on Election Day.
The FBI said none of the bomb threats were credible but many appeared to originate from Russia.
The statement from the FBI is coming as authorities in the US state of Georgia said bomb threats had briefly disrupted voting on Tuesday.
According to the statement by the Bureau spokesperson, Savannah Syms, the 2024 US presidential campaign has been a particularly volatile one, and security for Election Day had been ramped up to unprecedented levels given concerns over possible civil unrest, election chicanery and violence against poll workers.
“The FBI is aware of bomb threats to polling locations in several states, many of which appear to originate from Russian email domains.
“None of the threats have been determined to be credible thus far. The public should remain vigilant,” she advised.
Georgia’s secretary of state, Brad Raffensperger, said the state had also identified the source of bomb threats that briefly disrupted voting at polling places, saying it was from Russia.
With Democrat Kamala Harris and Republican Donald Trump deadlocked at the climax of the 2024 race, authorities are keen to reassure jittery Americans that their votes are secure. But they are also bolstering physical security for election operations nationwide.
The FBI has set up a national election command post in Washington to monitor threats 24 hours a day through election week, and security has been bolstered at many of the nearly 100,000 US polling stations.
It was also gathered that the states of Oregon, Washington and Nevada have activated the National Guard and the Pentagon says at least 17 states have placed a total of 600 National Guard troops on standby if needed.

Trump Media Trading Halted Repeatedly After Sharp Decline in Midday Market Activity
Trump Media, the company majority-owned by Donald Trump, experienced multiple trading halts due to high volatility in midday trading following a sudden drop in its share price.
Shares initially saw double-digit gains, trading above $40 after 1:30 p.m. ET, but unexpectedly fell to $35.51 by 2:48 p.m., triggering the first five-minute halt. When trading resumed, shares turned negative within two minutes and were halted again as the volatility continued.
By the third halt, shares were trading flat at $34.35.
Trump Media’s retail investors, many of whom are supporters of the Republican nominee, are drawn to the stock both as an expression of support and as a potential wager on his electoral chances.
VP Kamala Harris Visits DNC Headquarters to Thank Campaign Phone Bank Volunteers
Vice President Kamala Harris visited the Democratic National Committee (DNC) headquarters in Washington, DC, on Tuesday to personally thank campaign volunteers phone banking for her election efforts.

Doug Emhoff Predicts Victory for Harris Campaign During Michigan Visit
Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff shared an optimistic outlook while visiting Michigan suburbs outside Detroit on Tuesday, expressing confidence in Vice President Kamala Harris’s chances in the race.
Emhoff told supporters, “I think we win this election, we’re gonna win here in Michigan. And you know, in the next day or so, I want to be able to look at her and say, ‘Honey, you’re the president of the United States.’”
Following Harris’s final campaign rally in Philadelphia the previous night, Emhoff emphasized the positive energy his wife brings to her campaign. “You can just see the joy,” he said. “You can see the emotion and that connection… Kamala Harris, my wife, has just gotten that message out there, and you just feel it coming back.”
He recounted a “microcosm” of that energy at Whistle Stop Diner in Pleasant Ridge, where he spent time meeting with voters in Oakland County—an area critical to a potential Democratic win in Michigan.
Wearing a “Yes She Can” shirt, Emhoff joked with supporters that he’s prepared to finally sleep “maybe tomorrow.”
Oakland County, which voted blue in both 2016 and 2020, played a significant role in Biden’s 2020 win, giving Democrats a key boost in flipping Michigan.
Tulsa Race Massacre’s Oldest Survivor Votes for Kamala Harris, Joined by Fellow Survivor
At 110 years old, Viola Ford Fletcher, the oldest known survivor of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre, cast her ballot today in Oklahoma, proudly voting for Vice President Kamala Harris. “I feel good about voting. It is important to vote,” said Fletcher, one of the oldest voters in the state. Accompanied by her grandsons Ike Howard and Tracey Flemons, Fletcher voted at a Tulsa polling site in a room named “Greenwood,” a tribute to the Black neighborhood destroyed in the massacre.
Greenwood, once known as “Black Wall Street,” was the site of one of the worst incidents of racial violence in U.S. history, where a White mob killed up to 300 Black residents and destroyed over 1,000 homes, businesses, schools, and churches.
Lessie Benningfield Randle, another surviving Tulsa Race Massacre witness at 109 years old, cast her absentee ballot for Harris last week. In a statement, she expressed gratitude for the chance to vote for the vice president. “I don’t know how much longer I have left. But if this is my last ballot, then I’m grateful that it’s for Kamala Harris,” Randle said. “I have five children and more than 20 grandbabies. VP Harris has the better chance of building the nation I want them to inherit.”

Michigan Man Arrested for Threatening Attack if Trump Wins Election
Authorities in Michigan arrested 25-year-old Isaac Sissel on Tuesday morning for allegedly threatening a violent attack if former President Donald Trump wins the election.
According to prosecutors, Sissel sent a message to the FBI National Threat Operations Center in West Virginia, declaring, “I shall carry out an attack against conservative Christian filth in the event Trump wins the election.” He also claimed to possess a stolen AR-15 and stated he had chosen a target, though he refused to specify, purportedly to evade detection. “Without a specific victim or ability to find the place I hid the gun, there’s not a thing the FBI can do until I complete the attack,” his message read.
Sissel is scheduled to appear in federal court for his first hearing later this afternoon.
