US Support Group: Nigerians Can Count On Tinubu/Shettima Presidency
A support group in the United States has said Nigerians should believe in the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu Presidential ambition in 2023.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that the support group, Tinubu/Shettima Independent Campaign Diaspora Initiative, is showing support for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Tinubu.

The group is based in Texas, United States.
As part of efforts to show support for Asiwaju Tinubu, the group commenced the disbursement of grants to petty traders in Lagos State.
The support is part of the objectives of helping to boost petty traders’ businesses.
According to the coordinator of the group, Kunmi Tinubu, the decision to support the traders with grants was aimed at joining forces with the government to tackle the poverty level in the country.
In his words, “As an organization, we firmly believe that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Kashim Shettima have great plans to move Nigeria forward. They have promised Nigerians progressive governance, and we are optimistic that Nigerians can count on the Tinubu/Shettima presidency to deliver.
“In our little way, we are contributing by supporting petty traders in markets with grants to boost their businesses, thereby helping to complement the initiatives of the government.”
The group added that based on the achievement of the present administration of Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Dr. Kadri Hamzat so far in office as Governor and Deputy Governor of Lagos State, respectively, they would do more in line with the greater Lagos objective if re-elected to continue the ongoing massive developmental strides in the state.

There is a plan to reach traders in markets across the 57 Local Government and Local Council Development Areas of the state, but the first phase of the grant was disbursed to traders in Yaba and Mushin.
