Senator Hope Uzodinma, the governor of Imo State, has revoked 49 land plots belonging to Senator Rochas Okorocha’s elder sister, Geraldine Obinali.

The governor announced this in a public notice issued by the state Housing Corporation on Monday in Owerri, the state capital, and made available to journalists.

“Having complied with all legal steps of notifying Geraldine Obinali (nee Okorocha) of Number 3 Okeoma Close, Trans Egbu Layout, Owerri, we hereby revoke the following plot numbers in Redemption Housing Estate Phase III, issued to her for the purpose of providing infrastructural facilities in the estates, which was never carried out,” the notice reads.

Uzodinma stated that his administration intends to recover all ill-gotten properties obtained unlawfully by anyone, no matter how powerful.

In the meantime, Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has accused the Fulani tribe of attempting to re-colonize Nigeria.

Eko hot blog gathered that the pro-Biafra activist made this known in a post on his official Twitter handle.

Nnamdi Kanu accused President Muhammadu Buhari and the Nigerian Army of supporting Fulani plots to take over the country.

If they are not stopped by people from the south and indigenous people from the north, the wanted IPOB leader warned, they will succeed in re-colonizing the entire country of Nigeria.

“What is happening in Nigeria today is pure re-colonization by irredentist Fulani elements, aided and abetted by the presidency and Nigerian Army,” Nnamdi Kanu wrote.

“They will succeed if the South & the indigenous peoples of the North don’t unite to stop them. Separation is the only way to stop them.”
