Outsource Africa – Our client, a Logistics company is urgently sourcing for suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer (Reconciliation)

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate must have 1-2 years of experience on the job.
  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND / OND qualification.
  • Must have the knowledge and experience in reconciling accounting figures and financial records.
  • Good knowledge of the logistics industry and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Candidate must pay keen attention to details.
  • Reconciliations, such as bank, inventory, control, billing, clearing are strong skills needed.
  • Issuance of receipts to customers on receipt of payment.
  • Ability to perform daily transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data.
  • Strong proficiency with the use of microsoft office package (Excel and Word)
  • Must have a strong analytical skills and account payable process knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Gender: Male
  • Ability to use accounting softwares; Sage, Tally ERP etc.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
