We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Job Description should contain a variety of functions and roles including:

Oversee day-to-day cash management
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Keep organized books of tuition fees and files of receipts
Prepare expense reports on a regular basis
Manage annual budget
Conduct cost and productivity analyses
Design and update financial procedures
Report to the Board of Directors/Director of school on general performances and investment/funding opportunities.

Requirements

B.Sc in Accounting from a recognized higher institution (Professional qualification would be an added advantage)
Candidates should possess 5+ years work experience.
Specific Industry Experience should include:
Certification or experience in School Administration is a plus
Proven work experience as a Bursar
Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
Strong financial management skills
Knowledge of accounting procedures and best practices.
Familiarity with budget preparation and cash flow management.
Solid time management skills with an ability to prioritize work.
Excellent analytical skills and experience creating reports and presentations
Gender Preference: Female.
Age Preference: 25-40 years.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
