We are focused on the formulation, production, and distribution of quality beauty products suitable for the African skin, taking into consideration the peculiar environmental and physiological factors. Our production and administration operations are based in Lagos, Nigeria, while our products span beyond Lagos. In the shortest possible period, we hope to spread our tentacles across Nigeria and internationalize. • We currently have an opening for a co-founder to join our lean team and work actively with us to achieve our vision and mission in the beauty and cosmetics industry. C-FORT NG is an active and focused organization; hence, applicants must be growth-oriented to be considered.

Job Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities will include:

• To work actively with other co-founders in setting the pace for the organization’s growth.
• Lead the product formulation process, which includes research, ingredient sourcing, and product standardization.
• Oversee the quality assurance team to ensure that safety precautions and professional ethics are maintained for every product we deliver.
• Develop and advise on strategic options to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
• Conduct product and market research in order to improve our products and offerings to our partners.

Requirements / Required Skills

• Possess a Bacchelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
• At least 2 – 3 years of experience working in a cosmetics company or running your own skin care business.
• Astrong team player with knowledge of cutting-edge technology in the cosmetics industry.
• Professionally certified cosmetologist, esthetician, or dermatologist with cosmetic formulation knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial and business-oriented.
• High sense of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills with well-pronounced tangible results.
• Strong self-leadership abilities and the ability to work in a start-up environment.
• An in-depth knowledge of business and design thinking processes is a plus.
• Ship and communication abilities, as well as a can-do and adaptable attitude.
• Strong management skills and a wide connection with useful stakeholders.
• Applicants who have started a business or worked in a tech-savvy start-up will be given special consideration.
