Summary

• As an editorial intern/writer at ThePeoplesvox, you will be required to produce articles, video scripts (news reports), and copy for mostly web and social, and sometimes for print.

Responsibilities
What do we need from you?

• To generate multimedia content for our media platforms on web and social channels.
• To develop, edit and publish written content in the form of any of the following: news reports, features, press releases, long-reads, personality profiles, blog posts, and video scripts.
• To ensure that all scripts, articles and copies are factually correct, free of grammatical errors and well-formatted
• To conduct in-depth research and investigations into relevant news reports or assigned subjects
• To copywrite, create and publish digital contents (written, images, videos, etc) for platforms, websites, social media and other channels

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
• You should have consistent professional writing and online publishing experience
• A basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO is an advantage
• You must have been raised in or currently based in Nigeria
