Job Title: Female Customer Service / Tele-Sales Officer

Location: Abule Egba, Lagos

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams

Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Promote companyТs Services

Resolving product or service queries in a timely manner by identifying customer needs, clarifying

The officer is responsible for managing the companyТs social media platform

Must be creative and innovative

Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

The officer must have a thick skin” to be able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.

The officer will maintain a well compartmentalize database of customer contact information.

The officer will send seasonal greetings to customers via text messages and emails.

Requirements

SSCE / OND / HND / in relevant field

1-2 years work experience.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Must have good social media skills

Excellent computer skills.

Salary

N500,000 – N1,200,000 / annum.
