Job Description
- We are currently looking for friendly and energetic Sales Attendantswith passion for delivering excellent customer service to join our team.
- This person will be responsible for providing passionate, pleasant and attentive service delivery to all customers according to our service standards in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Summary
- As the Sales Attendant, you will work alongside team members in ensuring customers have a wonderful experience, deliver quality service and maintaining relationships with customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is givento their issues/complaints
- Ensure sales entries are correctly captured and receipts are issued to customers
- Operate the point of sale system
- Keep records of cash flow
- Work with colleagues to package & present products for display
- Clean store and maintain outstanding store ambience at all times in line with health and safety requirements
- Take daily stock of inventory and report to the store manager
- Any other tasks related to the role as assigned.
Requirements
- SSCE / OND in any discipline
- Must be computer literate, working knowledge of Point of sales software, and use of POS machines.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer service oriented
- Good numeracy skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Energetic & friendly
- Preference will be given to candidates around Magodo Phase 2 and its environ
Demonstrable Skills and Competence:
- Ability to maintain a calm and polite posture in stressful situations
- Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise
- High level of professionalism & integrity.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
