Fodatop School is a nursery and primary school that offers a unique educational experience for all students. Our curriculum is a rich blend of both the Nigerian and other major curricula in the world.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: French Teacher

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Developing and planning french teaching strategies.
  • Implementing teaching lessons according to the grade levels.
  • Explaining to the students in the french language.
  • Developing teaching materials and teaching aids.
  • Performing administrative tasks if needed.
  • Paying extra attention to struggling students.
  • Preparing assessments like examinations and tests.
  • Ensuring the students pronounce French words correctly.
  • Conducting innovative sessions for students.
  • Communicating with students in the French language.
  • Preparing lessons as per the educational curriculum.
  • Taking feedback from the students as well as parents.
  • Organizing fun activities and events.
  • Maintaining reports for future reference.
  • Attending parents-teachers conferences as and when required.
  • Researching various teaching methods and materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the French language, French Literature, or a related field.
  • 3 – 4 years work experience.
  • Prior experience working as a French teacher or a similar role in the Educational field.
  • Demonstrate excellent ability to converse in the French language.
