Job Title: Head of Business

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• To oversee and lead the installation business, ensuring that staff and 3rd party installers uphold service excellence standards on all projects. Perform business development functions for the business.

Requirements

• First Degree in Mechanical Engineering & (MBA) with 8-10 years working experience.
• Quantity Surveying experience or technical knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Proven Track Record of New Business Development & Leadership.
• Experience in Installation or Similar Business.
• People Leadership & Experience.
• Strategic Thinking & Planning.
• Great Communicator with Multiple Stakeholders.
• Experience with organizational performance management.
• Experience with Resource Management.
