Job Description

Coordinate the activities of all projects, project staffs and project managers
Planning and Defining Scope of projects with project managers
Planning and co-ordinating design, drawings with the design team
Activity Planning and Sequencing
Resource Planning
Developing Schedules
Time Estimating
Cost Estimating
Developing a Budget
Documentation
Creating Charts and Schedules
Risk Analysis
Managing Risks and Issues
Monitoring and Reporting Progress
Team Leadership
Strategic Influencing
Business Partnering
Working with Vendors
Scalability, Interoperability and Portability Analysis
Controlling Quality
Benefits Realization

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
5-8 years of project management and related experience
Proven working experience in project management
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
